Though The Complete Musician (TCM) is a very thorough book, I still have many questions about music that still need to be answered. That is where this page comes in. Every time I have a question about music, I will post it here. If you know the answer please post it in the comments and I will be eternally grateful!

How do I determine if the key signature is ascending or descending based solely on a piece of sheet music?

What is the difference between tone and note?
